How we score. Accounts spending $10k to $50k a month need roughly 12 fresh creatives a month to keep feeding the algorithm; under $10k needs about 6, $50k to $200k about 25, and $200k+ about 40. The score weighs your launch velocity against that benchmark (60%), how long your oldest ad has been carrying the account (25%), and how thin your active set is (15%). A proven evergreen winner can run long, but if the oldest ad is also most of the spend, that is fatigue waiting to happen.
