How we count. A manual launch is about 2.5 hours of Ads Manager work: structure, duplication, naming, QA. Daily reporting runs about 30 minutes per account per workday. Kill-or-scale checks and creative variations add about 7 hours a week. Hourly value: founder $150, media buyer $35, VA $12. Agencies are counted at 12% of spend with a $2,000 monthly minimum. These are the same assumptions we used on our own operation before we automated it.
