Pick a function, answer eight honest questions, and see the process map with every manual node lit orange, plus the automation score and what a full rebuild would take. This is the first slice of the discovery we run in week zero of a Sprint.
How we score. Each "yes" is a manual dependency, each "sometimes" counts half. The score is how systemized the function already is: 100 means it runs without anyone remembering anything. The process map lights a node orange when your answers say a human is holding it up. In a real Sprint, week zero replaces these eight questions with interviews, process mapping, and a tool and data audit, but the shape of the finding is the same.
We're at booth A27 with our AI systems running live, and we'll run a free AI audit for you on the spot. Worth a five-minute walk.
Come in the side entrance and head down the front row. We're at A27, center of the hall, top-right of our block (A26/A27 over A25/A28).
