A duty counts fully automatable when it fits one bounded system, half when AI drafts and a person approves, and zero when it genuinely needs a human. Unmatched lines count as human work, so the number errs on the conservative side. It is a pattern match, not a verdict on your business, but it is the same first pass we run in a paid audit.
