How we count. Same engine as our job-post analyzer, run across every role at once: each duty is matched against the systems we build weekly, counts fully when it fits one bounded system, half when AI drafts and a human approves, zero when it needs a person. Blank salaries are estimated from the title using public medians, and you can overwrite them. Unmatched lines count as human work, so the total is the conservative read.
